CMHSRAT

This mental health screening test is a preliminary tool used to assess general well-being rather than provide a clinical diagnosis. The CMHSRAT is divided into several sections, including personal well-being, mood and feelings, thoughts and concerns, emotional health, navigating worries, and managing the load

You are not required to interpret the results or calculate the scoring scales yourself; simply answer the questions, and a full analysis of your responses will be provided to you. Please keep in mind, however, that this screening tool is not a clinical diagnosis but a preliminary assessment of your mental health status. For a more precise evaluation and professional advice, we strongly recommend consulting a specialist, such as a clinical psychologist.
